Happy Easter

Happpyyy Easter everybody :)

I've been home since Thursday. Julia and I had a fun roadtrip home as usual hah. This time we didn't talk so much that we missed the exit, but when we got off the exit I told her to make a left instead of a right, haha .. so I did almost get us lost. But we realized that we were going the wrong way by the time we turned, so we turned around asap haha.

Uhmm.. I worked ALLLLL day Friday, but I made nearly $40 in goal money on top of the, like, $50 in my check .. soo whaddup nearly $100 in one day of work!! thank goodness bc I am broke !

Today we're going to aunt lib's for Easter lunch/dinner around 3ish , so yay for that! :) The only thing that drives me nuts about being in the LKN is that I never get cell service at her house unless I'm , like, outside at the end of the driveway. pooh. lol.

I hafta wake up around 6am tomorrow for the drive back to Boone since I have to be at my 10am class. I luhh Fergypooh to miss his lecture right before the exam, especially because I'm crossing my fingers that he basically gives us the answers :) .

We're initiating our newest pledge class tomorrow night. whaddupp about to have some new sistas. hope they can handle guzzling that lions blood. just gotta remember to pinch your nose and take it like a champ! yum yum yummmm ;)

okay welllll MY BIFFERR EVIEEE TURNS 21 WEDNESDAY aka reading day eve!! sad about skipping senior wills, but stokeddd about macados and after to celebrate my biffers entrance into REAL adulthood!

okay, well since my laptop decides it wants to freeze all the time, and I am getting irritated right now, I am ending this post. whoop.

lol I don't have anything to say, but it's been a long while since I've updated.

Next semesters schedule is the bomb dot com! no mondays or fridays = 4 day weekend! I was accepted into the college of ed and , with a minor, will be able to graduate after my fifth year - ballaaa :D

oh ps, I FINALLY MADE IT TO LAZY FIVE RANCH AND IT WAS THE BEST THING EVER!!

I miss the days...

where when sick, I could just stay huddled under my covers and mom would take care of me. Chicken noodle soup, some cold meds that my PARENTS paid for, and a trip to the real doctor, not health services, was in order. Now here I am, a junior in college, 20 years old, sick, and huddled under my covers, forcing myself to go to class because I can't fail my classes just because of having too many absences. I feel like if a student can never come to class and make an A, then that's what should happen. I feel like crap and my professors are forcing me to be "that girl" in class who is sniffling, blowing her nose like a gross person, and coughing loudly while they're trying to call role. Sorry, I'm not trying to contaminate everyone, but when I clearly just blew my nose and you're passing out papers for me to hand to the person behind me - yeah, I'm aware how gross it was that I touched it.. sorrryyyy .

UGH I JUST WANNA BE HOME AND TAKEN CARE OF AND NOT SICK!!!!!! My nose is dried out from blowing it, my head hurts from blowing my nose, I my chest hurts from coughing, stomach hurts from the disgusting OTC medicine that I just spent my last dime on ... ughh . I just wanna be better already!

so much more I could say right now, but no point getting into it. It's Feb 16th, huh? Yeah.. just wanna curl up and stay in bed for the next week. missing a lot of people right now, some a little more than others.. some a whole lot more.. :/

Christmas Break!!

Wooowww,, clearly I have not updated this in FOREVER...

I have been SO focused on school this past semester and getting my grades up and attempting to graduate on time. I am happy to say my grades are uppp! So far I've gotten 4 of my grades back, and three of them are As... yaaayyyyy lol . As for graduating on time - that's not happening. I didn't manage to get my application to the college of ed in on time, which means that out of the 17 hours I needed next semester, only 4 hours of those classes were available to me, so I'm just taking a few filler courses. On the bright side, some of those filler classes are withhh my faves :) yay! Buuut that also means that rather than being one semester behind, I'll be an entire year behind - my parents aren't gonna be so happy about that. eek! Ohhh well. One the bright side, I get to graduate with most of my pledge class faves!! haha.

Well since the last time I updated this was in the middle of recruitment....

We got one heck of an AMAZING pledge class!! These girls are wonderful and I'm excited to say I killed my bank account taking two of them as my littles :) yay for continuing on with Amanda making us one HUGE family!!! :) And even though my bank account disappeared this semester, I wouldn't have it any other way!!

My sister got married in October and the wedding was AMAZING! I loved getting to see all of the family and I loved getting craaazyyy with my cousins and aunts & uncles! It was SO much fun - oh how I loveee being Italian ;) lol. The wedding meant missing homecoming, but it's all good :)

Two weeks later was fall break and my besttt friends 20th birthday! sooo her fiance (who moved to Wyoming in Sept) and I planned on him driving out here and surprising her - she had NO idea!! she thought I sucked at keeping secrets because I "let it slip" to her that we were going to a concert and that we were getting dolled up and goin to dinner. We hit a slight bump when her truck broke down, but that just meant him showing up that morning to surprise her and drive her to work instead of him showing up during dinner... ahh :) it was presh!

K welllll thennn came thanksgiving break. I got a few hours at work and got to see my faves! yay! ((clearly nothing too exciting was happening at school -- I was just trying to survive.. and all my study rooms in the library really paid off!!!) Umm I don't really remember thanksgiving break haha. i'm assuming i spent it all with the bff though :) lol ohh yeahh .. I went to see Tangled with Nikki and I went and saw Harry Potter with Randi :)

Nowwww I'm home for Christmas - made it out of Boone just in time to escape the two scary blizzards!! Now I'm sitting in my house all alone bored out of my mind lol. Matthew will be in Concord in a week! yay for me. and yay for nikki because bradley should be here in two.. so yay for double dates and stuff !!!! :) :) lol us and our cowboys hah ;p . noah's still ridin me to hang out with him too so that should work into our schedules. anddd then I was talking to bradley and matthew about comin out to wyoming to visit them and nikki this summer since she's plannin on movin out there - so sad for me lol. buuut matthew told me i should have noah fly out when I do , which is good for me because i'm a big baby and would be terrified flyin by myself lol. but either way, it'd be fun to get out there and see my favorite people for 2-3 weeks this summer... plus i've never been anywhere other than the Easy coast!! eeeek!! :)

lol okay well this blog is long enough! I'm ready to get back to work and make some money this break and I'm excited for my lack schedule next semester - 14 hours where 10 of them are BS classes - fingers crossed I pull another Deans or Chancellors list! :) :) kbyeee !
