Hey lovies :)
Today was ROUGH. I woke up at 11 (yay!), got a new appcard made because mine was faded (but I forgot how awful my picture looked!), and got lunch with the group. Typical Tuesday. Watauga County Schools closed at noon today, so I didn't have to go to my tutoring (I've only been twice because of cancellations!) Then at 1:52 they decided to cancel all classes from 2pm onward, so I didn't have my only class (6-9pm) today. And recruitment practice was canceled. GOOD DAY. Of course, Polar Plunge was still on (it would have been their third time rescheduling it if they didn't go ahead and do it). I decided I was NOT jumping into Duck Pond while it was snowing outside, however, I would gladly bring my lovely ladies some beverages to keep them warm & happy. Lucky for all of our sisters, Emily, Sarah, and I all share a suite in Newland, which is right next to the pond, so after jumping we offered up our room for a hot shower. Let's just say I was taking pictures outside, so I was the last to walk in (I've got friends in DZ, SAE, and on SGA that I was taking pics for, too), so as I get to my dorm, I walk in to one girl getting out of my shower, one climbing in, and another in the middle of my room changing out of my clothes (she needed my leggings and pink undies for her costume, lol. It was just quite entertaining. Then we went over to the market in Trivette to get snacks and stuff for them to bring back to the APH.
Well after all that I got dinner with a friend & then we called up Lauren because I desperately needed to pick something up at Wal Mart that couldn't wait, so Lauren drove us (LOVE HER!) and then we all went back to Bowie to chill. Lauren & I left Sam around 9 to go to Dos (YUMMY), and while we were there (and planning on leaving by 10ish), Amanda & herrr male friend show up, so they join us, talk us into getting a fried cheesecake dessert (don't even want to think about those calories), and we talk forever! We didn't leave until 11! And I've got an exam tomorrow to study for. EWWW! lol .Oh well .. at least I can use one page of notes on my Ed Psych exam. Yay me!
Amanda's coming home with me for Spring Break. We'll be in Concord for the first weekend (we get home Saturday afternoon), and we're gonna try convincing Jerad to wait til Monday or Tuesday to drive back to Jscksonville so he can drop us off in Raleigh instead of Amanda & I having to take the train to visit Eve. And once we're in Raleigh I really badly want to go to a zoo, so I'm convincing Eve to take me (I've only been once & I was too young to remember.. I REALLY REALLY REALLY wanna go to a zoo!!!!! hahaha). Sometime during the week I think we may drive to Jacksonville for a night or two so Eve can visit boyfriend ... not sure on that one, though.
Yeahhh, then Amanda & I are gonna go back to Concord Friday or Saturday and my parents will bring us back to App Sunday morning. woohooo... ? lol. Yeah, so I'm just looking forward to getting away from this snowy weather! I'm excited to go anywhere about 40 degrees! Like, SOOOO excited! haha.
Okie dokie. Now that I've officially finished procrastinating (nobody else is on skype. sad) I can go back to studying.. well, START studying, haha. Yay for my life. K BYEEEEEE ! :)
