Tat, tat, tatted upp :)

I got my tattoooooo :) yayy! haha. I got a baby lion cub (or at least it's head) that apparently almost kinda not really looks like Simba? haha no sir, it's not Simba, although it does have to do with The Lion King.

So it's one week and two days before the one year anniversary of Joel's death... WOW! Like, this is gonna be my first legit Valentine's day without a guy since my freshman year of high school. Joel called me EVERY Valentine's day .. even if we were apart, we still talked. This weekend is gonna we WEIRD! thank goodness I have my sisters!

Anyway, I got the lion because our favorite disney movie was/is The Lion King... when we were yougner, me, him, Rach, and our group of friends ALWAYS watched it. Even when we were getting older. We'd sing along and be goofy. And whenever we freaked out or got upset about something, we'd always just be like, "whooaaa, HAKUNA MATATA!" haha. That's why I wanted to get that tattooed on my foot (butttt apparently I chickened out of the painful foot tattoo).

So now I've got the lion on the left side of my lower back.. maybe when I get up the courage to go through the "pain" again (okay, so I made funny faces because it hurt, buttt the lady doing it had perfect timing when she paused to wipe away the blood because she always did that when the pain was at its max) and besides, only the outline hurt. the shading was fine. yay.


okay, i just lost my train of thought because i'm texting someone, haha. I was SO hoping classes were canceled (or at least the elementary schools were so I wouldn't have to do tutoring). Aww, the girl giving me the ride to Parkway just asked if I'd meet her on the 4th floor of the music building at 2... which means I'll end up leaving lunch around 1:45 instead of 2:20 (whereas I used to stay until 3:15!). this dang tutoring is killing me ... completely cutting my social time in half! :( hahaha ohh well.

Time to get readyyy for the day!
