The snow here is RIDICULOUS! It started falling around 2pm yesterday and just won't stop! haha. I'm staying that the APH for the weekend (as is half of our girls who don't actually live here). I can't wait to be in this dorm next year - so freaking nice. However, I'm staying with Stephanie (my quad) and her roommate (who's not greek), and Stephanie had to be to work at 6:30 this morning.. eww for her! haha. She left around 5:45 this morning to make sure she could get her car out and carefully drive to work.. she works at the Subway in Wal-Mart so it's only like 2 miles from here.. Yeah, she called us both about 3 times each this morning (my phone's on vibrate & kelsey lost hers in the snow last night) and she finally got ahold of us through Daniel.. but yeah, we went outside around 6:30ish to find her stuck in the snow in the middle of the parking lot.. ohh man that sucked for her! By the time we got outside to help her, she realized she had AAA and could call them to help her. So we sat in the car with her (i couldn't stop laughing even though it wasn't that funny..) while she waited on the guy to come help her. So after that Kelsey and I came back inside a little after 7:30am and we passed back out... until 1! WOW! I can't say that I've EVER slept that late. But I guess it's because the two of us were watching movies in the parlor room until 1am then went outside to play in the blizzard before falling asleep.
I LOVE BOONE !! The snow needs to STOP. It's STILL falling from the sky.. and we're at a little over a foot now, it seems! It's just craaazy! Steph was supposed to get off work around 1 (her boss came and picked her up after the whole ordeal was over... the tow people just helped her get her car back in her spot), sooo I guess she's stuck there until someone can bring her back. The roads aren't ridiculously horrible, it' sjust that they hadn't plowed the parking lot until after she got stuck.. and when they do plow it, the snow piles up behind the cars so you can't get out anyway. ughh. thank goodness i can't drive - it's too much to even try in boone.
So Kelsey's doing homework, I'm watching The Sandlot (never seen it before), catching up on e-mails, and just kinda chillin .. I have a paper to write.. it's only one page & the "prompt" is "Premarital sex is moral/immoral because..." Oh my philosophy class is ridic.
Eve's in SC right now ... she had a rough night hahahaha. at least it's warm where she is. bah. it's so chilly here. whatev. I had something else I was gonna say but I forgot ((As you can all tell, i'm gonna be using this blog & e-mails & skype to keep up with my social life without facebook... and i'm gonna winnn the grand prize! haha she's gonna eat her words when she finds out I let Eve change my password so I can't get on FB anyway, lol))
