It's Sunday afternoon, and here I am... back in good ol' Boone.
This weekend was pretty dank :]. I received some crazy shocking news about a good friend Thursday and was up all night on the phone with her - I love that girl and am just glad to know she's doing okay... or so she claims. Friday morning I was up early for various athletic reasons... after not going to bed until 2am Thursday night!! AH! Well, I left school around 9:15ish to leave for Concord. We made it home around 11:15ish, and I got to the house, unpacked, and headed up to Robinson around 11:30/12. I basically just signed in and hung out in the commons with Alex while she was selling tickets, then I hung out with Ms. Koehl's class for the remainder of 3rd and all of 4th period. They were painting in 3rd (fun!) and we played soccer in 4th - I was goalie... yeah, that was fun, haha. Then I hung around a bit after school just chatting with some people.
Friday night, Allan and I wanted to go to a club (the entire reason I came home was for his 18th birthday... what a goob), so we got ready and he came over around 8ish to chat with my mom, then I went to his house for a bit to talk to his parents. We went to the mall for an hour or two to hang out before driving down to Charlotte, and even though we planned on going to Alley Catz or The Forum, we ended up going to Bar Charlotte... that place is intensely trashy, but it ended up being fun. After the club, he dropped me off at my house and came in to chat with my mom for a bit and peaced out.
I probably went to bed around 3ish and was happy to have slept in until 11! Whoo! hahaha.
Saturday was really relaxing. I hung out around the house for a bit, then Paige & I went up to the mall and then to dinner... where the best teacher in the world was our waitress- hah. That was funny... especially because Paige & I act like total dips when we're together. bahaha.
Last night, Chels & I were going to go to the musical, but the weather was really bad, so we didn't want to go out in it. I ended up staying home and hanging out with my dad and just chillin.
I ended up going to bed around 12:30, and had to wake up at 8ish to take a shower and get ready to drive back to Boone. Ugh. Now it's 3:30 and I'm crazy exhausted!
We're just hanging out in the lobby right now watching Liar Liar... hah, funny movie.. kinda lame, but funny nonetheless.
Okayy, well that's it for updates. Two more weeks, and I'll be in NY for Easter... getting to see Jays & the rest of the family :]. I'm not a big fan of the drive to NY, but it's worth it in the end.

Hey Kate, I'm glad to see you had a good time at home with Allan and everyone else. I wish I knew you were home because then we could have seen each other - maybe made a day trip to SC to visit the graves and see aunt allie... you know, catch up some. I know it's only been a little over a month, but it seems so much longer... it's crazy, you know! Well, I hope you're doing well, and let me know next time you're in town. We don't have to go to SC, we can just hang at the apartment and play videogames or something. Love you and miss you. Aunt Allie says hi. Have a great week. xx D-Man, haha
