I've come to realize that the only way I'll keep up this blog is by actually taking a few minutes every day to post something. Even though I just created this yesterday, I've come to realize that making the site one of my "favorites" actually helps me to visit. At this point, nobody actually has a link to my blog. I'm going to wait a few more weeks before giving it out. I would rather make sure that I can post at least 2-3 times per week before sharing the blog. It really doesn't make a difference since I don't have anything radically exciting going on. Most of the people I know who have blogs have their blog for a reason. Some of them are in other countries and documenting their experiences. A few of them are having babies or have just had babies, and they want to share with the world what it's like having a new member of their family. I'm writing a blog because I enjoy to write and because it takes up time, I suppose. It gives me an outlet, gives me something to do if/when I'm not in a happy mood (the soul reason I made this was because I was upset and needed to write something), and if someone is actually interested in what I have to say, well, now they can read my words. Lucky them...
Anyhow, I'm back at school and have been for about three hours, now. The floor has been rather silent for all three of these long hours. I'm guessing nobody is actually back yet, which is driving me crazy!! I just finished watching Big Momma's House 2. The movie is pretty good, but I don't don't want to continue sitting in front of the t.v until more people get back to Boone. Since the blog is new and all of my other "blogging" sites (Myspace has blogs, Facebook has notes) have some of my favorite poetry, I might as well include a poem or two here. Not in this post because it's much too long, but I may re-type some of my poetry here.
Well, I'm going to go find something to do. Napping sounds nice since I've been awake since 7ish or so this morning. :/
Peace out, kids!
