Firehouse Freedom!

I am free from the confines of Firehouse Subs for the next week :]...

I made sure to plan this week off work about a month ago because I knew it would be Val's last week in NC and because I knew this would be the perfect time to take a little time off and just relax... I think I may head up to Boone some time this week to go hiking with friends. We were going to go rafting up there, but the price was $50/person, so we decided that was too expensive for just a day trip.

Anyway, my only plans right now are to go to the midnight premiere Tuesday night/Wednesday morning of Harry Potter & the Half Blood Prince :] ... I'm really excited -- is that lame? haha. I remember being in junior high when the movies first came out and how me and Paige were talking about how we'd be in college when they finished the movies and how there was no way we could be college kids going to see the HP movies -- well, here we are. I may not be going with Paige to the movie, but if she weren't gonna be at camp, you can bet I'd drag her along with Ashley and me (YES, that's grammatically correct!!).

(AH! My right arm and hand are numb, making typing really difficult!).

Anyway, my only other plans this week include Monday night with Randi, Val, and Christina - girl's night to watch the Secret Life show..... as dumb as the show is, it's really addicting, haha. I would be watching Jon&Kate too, but it's on hold for a while. Same with House - that comes on Monday nights, but it won't be back for a while.... saddd :( haha.

My dad and I may drive up to Boone Friday so I can show him where I'll be living (Newland!) and the camp I'm volunteering at during the end of August (Camp Horizons, for kids who have down syndrome)...

Nothing much else planned... so hit me up with ideas! As a reminder to everyone, I no longer have the 704-305-2430 cell number ((people still try calling that one!))

PPS... never have to get a root canal! I had one Tuesday and I'm STILL in pain! I may just dieeee,, so I never ever want to go through that again!
